Many questions may arise about insurance policies, referrals, etc. We are participating physicians in Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Medicare. We also accept many HMO's as well as other health care plans which provide eye care coverage. Our billing department is trained to help you answer any questions you may have. They can be contacted between the hours of 8:00am-4:00pm, Monday thru Friday.

Insurance coverage for ophthalmology services is variable and is dependent upon your insurance carrier and your specific plan. It is your responsibility to contact your insurance company to see if we are a covered provider for your needs. It is important to know whether your visit for a routine examination or for a medical problem is covered by your specific insurance plan.

Payment, at the time of service, is requested for those services not covered by your insurance.
